What an absolute fantastic business to have had the pleasure dealing with. We was on the hunt for a car and popped by this place by chance to look at some cars we had seen online. Well we get there and the cars we were going to view had just been sold so we look at what was on the lot. Mark and Andy made us feel very welcomed and asked us about our needs for a car. They then shown us something we hadn't seen and made effort to get it ready within minutes for a test drive, moving several cars to get this one out of the lot on our request to give it a test drive. No hard selling, just honest feedback and genuine advice. After the drive there was no pressure to put a deposit down although we did. They also noticed while checking it's documents that it hadn't had a service recently so they offered to get that done for us prior to collecting the car with no impact on the price! Few days into owning my new Insignia and it drives amazingly. A fantastic business and friendly staff. You have gained a customer for life. Love the car! really good company, didn’t feel ripped off, especially as a young woman. they fit my car into their busy schedule and went the extra mile to see if there were any other issues with it. when i returned to my car it was washed also!!

Life savers.. bought a car for my daughter 400 miles away and drove home. Within two weeks it was a non runner or conking out. Had RAC Had another Garage Had Auto Electrician. Nobody had a clue.. came here felt at ease and confident with garage straight away. They towed car in and had it fixed by the next day ☺️ Great garage lovely guys and I will now be taking my daughters car here for everything 😊

Brilliant experience with JMA - my vehicle had a lot of issues that other garages weren't keen to look at. Andy was great and took real care to ensure all my codes had cleared before returning the vehicle back to me and for the first time in about 18 months I don't have a single service light on my dashboard! Will definitely be a returning customer as I know this wasn't an easy task! Thank you!
